An anonymous tip alerted authorities to a site in CA where 50,000 were starved to death when owner Cheung ran out of funds to feed them two weeks prior.
The link is a petition urging the county’s district attorney to press charges for this gross neglect.
The hens who survived are being taken care of at a shelter.
