Ramil Sunga is a concept and character artist.  He was responsible for the character art in DAO (most notably Morrigan), and was the one who helped create the new distinctive looks for the three main races (humans, elves, and dwarves) in DA2. Nick Thornborrow is also a concept artist, and he illustrates comic books and graphic novels (although he is not the comic book artist for The Silent Grove).  Nick created the gorgeous fresco loading screens you see in DA2. Obviously, their powers combined resulted in this beautiful cover.
